We have over 35 years of combined professional experience and over 25 years of Revenue Operations and CRM experience. Q: What type of customers do you help?

A: We mainly focus on small to mid-sized companies located in the United States. Our expertise is mostly based on our experience with Software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. However, we would love to talk to you even if your company does not fit this profile. We are flexible and work with many different company backgrounds.

Q: I have a small budget. Can you still help?

A: Yes! We are one of the lowest cost options on the market. Additionally, we don’t have a minimum number of hours. So, small projects work for us too!

Q: Do you offer contracts based on a retainer?

A: We sure do. We can set up a retainer agreement that allows us to be a flexible extension of your team at a low cost.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We have individuals in Massachusetts and Washington state allowing us to cover all time zones in the United States. All of our services are provided remotely. This reduces the cost of our services.

A: Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project. We offer the most competitive rates, while also customizing the contract to fit your budget and needs. Typically contract structures include retainer contracts or project-based contracts.

Q: Do you offer long-term contracts?
A: We provide flexible contract options, including both short-term and long-term agreements to suit your business requirements. These contracts can even be month-to-month agreements.

Q: Can you help with Salesforce implementation?

A: Absolutely! We assist with the entire implementation process, including planning, data migration, customization, and user training. We are a Salesforce Certified Partner.

Q: Do you offer Salesforce training?

A: Yes, we provide remote training sessions to help your team become proficient in using Salesforce.

Q: How do you handle Salesforce integrations?

Q: Can you be our Salesforce ticket support?

Q: What kind of technical support do you offer?

A: We provide options, such as a retainer contract, to provide continuous technical CRM support or Revenue Operations help. For example, we have had engagements where we monitored and resolved Salesforce tickets on behalf of our clients.
